How to Book Your Graduation Party

Verify Date Availability

Contact one of our event coordinators to check our event calendar and ensure we have Catering availability for your selected party date.

Review & Select Menu Options

Your event coordinator will review all the menu and service options with you and answer any questions you may have. Special requests should discussed at this time.

Provide Attendance Numbers & Pay Deposit

Party planning is difficult. One of the most complicated elements is predicting the number of attendees. We take your best estimate and create an invoice. You'll pay 35% of the invoice total to reserve the date. Please be advised: DATES ARE NOT HELD WITHOUT A PAID DEPOSIT.

Finalize and Pay Balance

14 days prior to your catering services your event coordinator will contact you to get final attendance numbers and make any menu adjustments. If the numbers have shifted since the first estimation, the invoice will be adjusted accordingly and you'll pay the balance that day.

On Party Day

We'll arrive at the delivery time you specified in your follow up call and set up your buffet where you designate. If you selected a Mobile Kitchen Event, we'll arrive 60 minutes prior to service time and set up outside where you tell us. After service is complete, we'll clean up our area, dispose of any trash and wrap up any left overs for you to enjoy.

Catering Packages

Smoked Signature Pack

Our most popular package includes two proteins - Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork and Apple wood Smoked Chicken and your choice of two standard side dishes. As stated above, each package includes delivery, plates, utensils, napkins, dinner rolls or buns, serving utensils and sauces.

Smoked Grill Master Pack

Fresh off the grill the Grill Master Pack includes a St. Louis favorite - Grilled Bratwursts and Grilled All Beef Hotdogs plus your choice of two standard side dishes. As stated above, each package includes delivery, plates, utensils, napkins, dinner rolls or buns, serving utensils and sauces.

Smoked Pitmaster Pack

Our lead Pit Master designed this package to show case his expertise in smoked meats. It includes Black Angus Smoked Brisket, Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork and Apple wood smoked Chicken and your choice of three standard or premium side dishes.

Fiesta Party Pack

Make it a Fiesta themed party with our Fiesta Party Pack. You'll get marinated Black Angus Steak, grilled chicken, flour tortillas, house made pico de gallo, Chipotle crema, sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro and chopped onion. Side dishes include Black Beans and Mexican Street Corn. All in a buffet set up for everyone to enjoy.

A creamy mix of Gruyere, Wisconsin White Cheddar and Parmesan Cheeses Compliment Cavatappi Noodles.

Homestyle Red Potato Salad

Skin-on red potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, chopped onion and diced celery are dressed with a light mayonnaise dressing.

Grilled Brussel Sprouts

We split brussel sprouts in half and charbroil them over a hot grill and dress them with balsamic reduction, crumbled bacon & Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Available on a seasonal basis.

Lemon Orzo Pasta

Orzo Pasta is Paired with Crumbled Goat Cheese,

Cherry Tomatoes, Lemon Zest, Scallions,

Italian Parsley and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Grilled Red Potato Salad

Charcoal Grilled Red Potatoes Tossed

in Whole Grain Mustard, Red Wine Vinegar,

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Scallions & Italian Parsley

Grilled Vegetable Medley

A mix of charcoal grilled sweet peppers, red onions, cremini mushrooms, asparagus tips and zucchini lightly dressed in extra virgin olive oil and seasoned to perfection. Available on a seasonal basis.
